Fellowship of the First Fleet plaque Ellen Wainwright

Since 1976 a key activity of the Fellowship of the First Fleeters has been the location and identification of graves of First Fleeters. With the consent of the descendants and the burial place administrators, a Fellowship bronze plaque is attached to the tombstone. An unveiling dedication ceremony follows in the context of a descendants’ family reunion. Plaque was placed on the headstone of Ellen Wainwright on 3 November 1989. As at end of 2012 119 plaques had been placed.
