Marrtin Finger AO was the first Secretary of the Department of Chief Minister and Cabinet NT under the first Chief Minister the Honourable Paul Everingham AO. Martin also served as Cabinet Secretary. He gave distinguished service over many years before retiring to Canberra. Photograph taken when Martin returned to Darwin to Celebrate Territory Day.
