Penny McDonald, President YWCA Darwin and Chief Minister Shane Stone following the unveiling of the commemorative plaque on the 25th Anniversary of the opening of Banyan House YWCA hostel. Located in Mitchell Street Darwin in the electorate of Port Darwin. The YWCA prospered and flourished as a feminist organisation during the terms of the Perron and Stone CLP Governments. YWCA Darwin, President, Ms Penny MacDonald and Chief Minister Shane Stone.
