USS Blue Ridge Darwin visit

Reception hosted by the Northern Territory Chief Minister Shane Stone MLA welcoming the ship visit of USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19) to Darwin. USS Blue Ridge, the lead ship of the two Blue Ridge–class command ships of the United States Navy and the command ship of the United States Seventh Fleet. Her primary role to provide command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) support to the commander and staff of the United States Seventh Fleet. At the time VADM Archie Ray ClemIns United States Navy four-star admiral Commander in Chief, United States Pacific Fleet (CINCPACFLT) led the Darwin visit.Group photograph taken in the Chief Ministers office before the commencement of the Reception; VADM Archie Clemins and ranking USS Blue Ridge officers.
