Discussions in Beijing China between Chief Minister Shane Stone, WA Premier Richard Court & Vice Premier Zhu Rongji on a landmark sale of LNG to China drawn from WA and the NT. Zhu was Mayor and CPC Party Chief in Shanghai 1987-1991, Vice-Premier and then the 5th Premier of PRC March 1998 to March 2003.
