Interview by Katie Wolfe of CLP President Shane Stone about CLP Preselections and the Territory Government's poor and inadequate response to the most recent floods. Point made that not only had the Territory Labor Government failed to keep the roads open they couldn't keep food on the supermarket shelves. Shane Stone stressed the importance of not only maintaining infrastructure but also the principle of 'betterment', putting it back better. This was a recurring failure by Territory Labor. This was in stark contrast to the QLD Labor Government which understood 'betterment' and embraced the principle where they could. The appalling situation of Territorians caught up in floods abandoned around Timber Creek also touched on.
